Hy-Vee launches prepaid cellular phone service (The Gazette) Hy-Vee Inc. on Monday announced plans for "Hy-Vee Mobile," prepaid cellular phone service.The West Des Moines-based food and drugstore chain said customers will be able to purchase a Hy-Vee Mobile phone and minutes at all of its Hy-Vee Food Stores.
